Flat Joint Frame Style expansion joints provided by FSP come with a variety of standard frame styles, various composite fabric covers and an array of accessories to meet the individual needs of almost any application. This type of expansion joint is typically shipped fully assembled and can be designed to handle temperatures up to 2200F. This heavy-duty assembly can be designed for high temperature, abrasive environments and bolts directly to adjoining flanges. The design allows changing of the outer composite cover and insulation pillow without removing the framework. This robust, versatile type of expansion joints can be used in any installation requiring large movements, abrasion protection, and elevated temperatures. Below are some of our standard designs, but FSP is able to fabricate variations and specific designs for any application.
